Found the same piece for less somewhere else? Send it to us and we will match it.

How to request a match

Email help@visitfurniture.com with:

The SKU or product link from our site
A direct link to the competitor's listing showing the lower price

We review every request and respond within one business day. If your order was placed within the last 7 days, we will refund the difference. If you have not ordered yet, we will send you a code for the matched price.

What qualifies

The identical item — same brand, model, size, color, and finish
Currently in stock and available to ship at the competitor
Sold and shipped by a U.S. retailer to a U.S. address
The total delivered price, including shipping and any fees, is lower than ours

What does not qualify

Third-party marketplace and reseller listings, including individual sellers on marketplace platforms
Auction, bidding, or classified listings
Clearance, closeout, floor-model, open-box, refurbished, damaged, or final-sale items
Limited-time flash sales, doorbusters, and quantity-limited promotions
Prices requiring a membership, trade account, employee discount, or coupon stacking
Typographical or obvious pricing errors
Bundle or package pricing where the items are not sold separately
Our own past or future promotional prices

The fine print

Price matching is limited to one match per item and is available on quantities of up to two of the same item. We reserve the right to verify the competitor's price and availability, and to decline a request where the listing cannot be verified or where matching would not be commercially reasonable. This program may be changed or ended at any time, though we will always honor requests already submitted.
