Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The full terms — including which items are excluded and how refunds are issued — are in our return policy.

Email help@visitfurniture.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and reply with instructions for sending the item back.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible — damaged arrivals are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Photos of the item and the packaging help us resolve it faster.
