SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally.

Local delivery - Coachella Valley
We offer local delivery to Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Coachella, Cathedral City, Palm Springs, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, and surrounding areas. Local delivery is scheduled by phone after your order is placed. Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on your ZIP code.

In-store pickup
Available at 81691 Hwy 111 Ste 101A, Indio, CA 92201 on in-stock items. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Standard shipping
Delivery timeframes are listed on each product page, because they vary by item and by which warehouse the item ships from. Most items ship within 1-3 business days of your order and arrive within the window shown on the product page.

Multi-box shipments
Some large items, particularly sectionals, ship in multiple boxes that travel separately. Your boxes may arrive on different days. This is normal. If all boxes have not arrived within 5 business days of the first delivery, contact help@visitfurniture.com and we will trace the remaining pieces.

Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. If your tracking number is not yet showing movement, allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan it into their system.

Delivery notifications
Most carriers will contact you to schedule delivery on large items. Please make sure the phone number on your order is one you can be reached at.

Address changes
Contact help@visitfurniture.com immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We can usually update it before the item ships, but not after.
