Multi-Grip Doorway -Up Bar
Create a space for upper-body and core training at home or in the office with this fold-flat doorway -up bar. Heavy-duty steel construction provides a sturdy workout station, while a powder-coated finish helps resist rust and corrosion.

Door-Frame Protection and Adjustable Fit
Elastic silicone contact pads help protect the door-frame finish and reduce marks at contact points. An extra pair of 4mm removable silicone pads is included for additional protection. The double-hole design at the bend accommodates different door-frame thicknesses within the fit requirements below.

Installation and Use
The bar uses leverage to hold against a compatible doorway without screws and is designed for easy assembly, installation and removal. Before use, tug down on the grips to check that the bar is securely installed in the door frame.
