This 200W vibration plate exercise machine offers adjustable vibration for a range of workout preferences. Choose from 120 speed levels, switch between manual and preset training, and adjust settings using the touch screen or remote control. The black platform includes two pull cords for adding upper-body movements to your workout.

- Five automatic programs: P1, P2, P3, P4, and P5. Each program runs for 10 minutes by default.
- Low speeds 1–40 are described for gentle vibration, medium speeds 41–80 for a moderate workout, and high speeds 81–120 for more intense training.
- A 15-minute maximum timer and 6–10mm amplitude provide additional session and intensity settings.
- Non-slip foot surface, anti-slip suction cups, and built-in shock absorption.
